What we expect

Coordination of personnel, operation and application scheduling

Allocation of resources and material

Resolve production and quality issues

Supervision of the production processes and qualiy control

Correct documentation of progress and production processes

Willingness to work in 2 shifts (6:00 am-14:00 pm, 14:00 pm-22:00 pm)

What you should bring

Experience in production and personnel management

Advanced knowledge of the German language (min. level B1)

Dependability and ability to work in a team

Accurate, goal oriented and independent working methods

Good tecnical understanding is an advantage

Organizational skills and flexibility
