What we expect

Building locking service: Responsible for the proper opening and locking of all doors and entrances to the buildings
Incident management: Initiating appropriate countermeasures in the event of security-relevant incidents and potential threats
ID card issuing: Issuing and managing employee ID cards in accordance with internal guidelines
Monitoring and reporting: Permanent monitoring of internal operating processes as well as the detection and reporting of irregularities
Access control: Control and verification of incoming and outgoing persons and vehicles to ensure company security
Monitoring of facilities: Monitoring of parking lots, storage areas, fire alarm systems, building services systems and other security-relevant reporting systems
Alarm and fault processing: Receiving and forwarding alarms and faults, including their logging and processing
Troubleshooting: Independently resolve simple technical faults and initiate further measures if necessary
Administrative tasks: Supporting security management with administrative tasks and documentation
First point of contact: Competent and friendly person providing information and central point of contact for internal and external contacts
Mail and delivery acceptance: Receipt and forwarding of incoming mail and small deliveries
Telephone switchboard: Operating the telephone system, transferring phone calls and forwarding inquiries to the relevant departments
Visitor management: Reception, registration and check-in of visitors, including support during their stay

What you should bring

Impeccable reputation
Technical understanding (experience with the Winmag, G-View and IQ-Multiaccess systems desirable)
Professional experience as a receptionist is an advantage
Good knowledge of MS-Office
Discreet, polite and well-groomed appearance
German, spoken and written (min. C1)
Willingness to work in 2 shifts (6:00 am-14:00 pm, 14:00 pm-22:00 pm)
