What we expect

Sales development: Acquisition and support of new and existing customers in the public transport and access control sector, focussing on national and international markets.
Customer support: Maintaining long-term business relationships with public transport operators, transport companies and providers of access control solutions.
Market analysis: Monitoring and analysing market trends and competitive activities in the field of public transport and access control to identify new business opportunities.
Negotiation management: Conducting sales and price negotiations as well as contract negotiations with international and national customers.
Collaboration: Working closely with internal departments such as Product Development and Customer Service to develop customised solutions.
Sales reporting: Preparation of regular sales and project reports as well as planning and realisation of sales targets.

What you should bring

Completed business education or professional experience in sales.
Strong communication and negotiation skills as well as a high degree of customer-orientation.
Independent and structured way of working with a high level of self-motivation and goal-orientation.
Very good written and spoken German and English. Other languages advantageous.
High willingness to travel, both nationally and internationally, for customer acquisition and support.
