What we expect

First point of contact for questions and problems regarding networks, hardware and software, servers and network security

Management of the server and network infrastructure

Monitoring & system monitoring

Installation, maintenance and troubleshooting of customer systems

What you should bring

Completed vocational training with an IT focus (apprenticeship, technical college, HTL, HAK, HWL)

Practical knowledge in the area of networks and servers, very good general IT knowledge (no programming knowledge necessary)

Initial experience in a comparable position

Independent work, service orientation, team spirit
